In modern organizations, special attention is paid to motivation of personnel work activity, since satisfied and motivated employees contribute to the effective work of the company and achievement of the set goals. This article is devoted to the study of innovative technologies and methods of motivation of personnel work activity of the organization. Various innovative technologies used to stimulate employees; methods and indicators of evaluation of personnel motivation effectiveness at different stages of the working career are considered. Features of their application and main advantages are revealed. Based on the conducted analysis, the authors substantiated the importance of development and implementation of innovative technologies and methods of motivation of personnel work activity of the organization; some methods are proposed by which it is possible to evaluate the effectiveness of personnel motivation and stimulation to increase the competitiveness of the organization.
