ADVAGEN Project has a challenging approach to match the R&D activities of a hybrid (sulfide-oxide) solid-state electrolyte system with the applicable implementation of Li-metal anode and NMC811 cathode. So far, the lab-based activities are showing promising results, but they still need extra efforts to move on further to the pilot line and industrial scale levels. Those extra efforts will be bravely tackled hand-in-hand by all ADVAGEN project consortium partners during the 2nd and 3rd phases of the project towards the end (~Mid 2026). The further series of R&D projects in hybrid (sulfide-oxide) solid-state electrolyte batteries (e.g. ADVAGEN Part 2, 3, etc.) will expectedly help to drive the output of the current ADVAGEN project to the next technology readiness level even further.
