Modern supply chains involve multiple stakeholders and complex processes, making transparency, security, and traceability critical challenges. Traditional systems rely on centralized databases, which can lead to data manipulation, lack of visibility, and operational inefficiencies. This paper presents a blockchain-based supply chain management system designed to address these limitations. The proposed system utilizes a decentralized ledger to securely record transactions across different stages of the supply chain, ensuring that data remains immutable and verifiable. Smart contracts are implemented to automate key operations such as product verification, ownership transfer, and transaction validation, reducing reliance on intermediaries. A web-based interface enables stakeholders to monitor product movement and update information in real time. The system improves trust, enhances data integrity, and provides end-to-end traceability. The proposed solution demonstrates the potential of blockchain technology in creating secure and efficient supply chain ecosystems.
