This article analyzes the impact of FinTech companies on the structure and functioning of Russian banks. The main areas of FinTech implementation are considered, such as mobile payments, online lending, and the use of blockchain and artificial intelligence. A quantitative analysis is carried out using regression modeling to assess the relationship between FinTech penetration and changes in banking performance indicators. Key effects of technology implementation are identified: increased accessibility of financial services, reduced operating costs, and changing customer expectations. Challenges for the banking system from FinTech are also outlined — intensified competition, cyber threats, and the need to modernize IT infrastructure.
