Randomized trial analyzes anti-crisis measures' impact on stock markets, suggesting improvement strategies.
The article is devoted to the analysis of the effectiveness of anti-crisis measures used by states to stabilize the stock market in periods of economic turmoil. International experience of regulation, including the strategies implemented in the USA, EU and China, as well as their influence on the recovery of financial markets is considered. Special attention is paid to the Russian practice of anti-crisis regulation, the measures taken in the crises of 1998, 2008, 2014 and 2020 and their impact on the market are analyzed. The article highlights promising areas for improving anti-crisis instruments, including the development of domestic investors, diversification of support mechanisms and increasing the predictability of regulatory policy. The conclusion is made about the need for a comprehensive approach, combining monetary, fiscal and institutional measures to ensure the sustainability of the stock market in conditions of global instability.
