This study analyzes household income dynamics in the Teus Village in Barbigha block of Sheikhpura district using primary data collected from 100 households. The research explores the impact of various socio-economic factors, including education level, number of earning members, land ownership, household size, access to credit and employment type, on household income. A linear regression model was employed to identify the significance and strength of these factors. The results indicate that education, number of earning members, land ownership and access to credit positively influence household income, while larger household size has a negative impact. Employment type also plays a critical role with formal employment contributing significantly to higher incomes. The findings emphasize the importance of targeted policies to improve education, credit access and employment opportunities in rural areas to enhance income levels and economic resilience.
