The study proposes a wearable device system for long-term human state monitoring using electro-cardiac signal features and integrated data encryption.
Prototype supports secure edge ECG monitoring; leaves open clinical validation and scalability trials.
Long-term human states monitoring by processing means of wearable measurement devices of wireless networks study is carried out. For this purpose, there are used the most informative features of the electro-cardiac signals, which are the signal extrema and inflection points. Everyone data processing procedure is realized directly at the place of the network data flows formation. These possibilities are obtained thanks to the means of wearable measurement devices using. There was created device sample by proper modern element base using. Encryption of monitoring data arrays is proposed to be carried out in the process of compression for data protection using one-time ciphers.
