Innovative Learning Technologies Are the Basis for the Modernization of Vocational Education

Key directions for reforming professional training in Ukraine are analyzed. Theoretical issues concerning implementation of innovative teaching technologies in professional training are discussed. Future specialists' key, subject-matter and professional competences required at the labour market are elicited. Innovative teaching technologies necessary for forming future specialists' professional competences are determined.
