Psychol ., 1968, 9, 65–82.—Relative changes in intelligence from 13 to 18 are shown to be related to differences in education and to some extent also home background. The relationship is stronger for general intellectual level than for a component contrasting spatial with verbal performance. Alternative interpretations of results are discussed against the background described in Part I.
