Focusing on service provider-beneficiary dyads and inter-dyad interactions in service ecosystems, we combine generativity and service-dominant logic perspectives into a model of ecosystem value co-creation. We identify five value co-creation mechanisms: resource enrichment, knowledge spillovers, direct externalities, indirect externalities, and resource generation.
