Real-world data describe treatment and epidemiology of HR+/HER2- early breast cancer in England, suggesting current therapy trends.
There is limited real-world data (RWD) related to the contemporaneous management of hormone receptor-positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor 2-negative (HER2-) early breast cancer (eBC). Treatment has traditionally been focused on endocrine therapy (ET) and, where warranted, chemotherapy with the recent use of cyclin-dependent kinase 4/6 inhibitors (CDK4/6is) for patients at high risk of recurrence. Here we describe epidemiology and treatment of HR+/HER2- eBC in England.
