The 5G mobile communication systems have been considered to use the millimeter-wave bands. The millimeter-wave bands have a issue with bad propagation property. Therefore, it has progressed adoption of massive antenna structure (MAS) and beamforming. However, the directional property of beamforming technology causes non-line-of-sight (NLOS) to be not penetrated into solid materials. For preventing NLOS, distributed antenna structure (DAS) can be considered. Since the MAS adopting beamforming utilizes a lot of antenna having each narrow beam, the high-speed moving devices frequently induces inter-beam handover performance. Thus, it is difficult for high-speed moving devices to be provided stable service. In order to solve this issue, in this paper, we propose a novel resource allocation scheme which coordinately assigns the correlated radio resources of neighboring beams to the moving devices. In addition, the proposed scheme predicts the moving direction of mobile device based on received signal strength (RSS) of each beam. Our simulation results show that the proposed scheme is similar to grouping for coordinated beams according to moving direction of device.
