Demonstrates enhanced intracellular de-propargylation in mammalian cells, suggesting improved cellular delivery methods.
The Cover Feature shows pallado-fingers, PdII complexes derived from Cys2His2 zinc finger domains, engineered into a His2 scaffold (ZFP2H) for catalytic intracellular de-propargylation. Incorporation of 4-carboxyphenylboronic acid into lysine residues generated ZFP2HBA. A PdCl2 complex with ZFP2HBA resulted an enhanced cellular uptake and achieved a tenfold increase in intracellular depropargylation activity.
