This article analyzes the effects of cooling systems on photovoltaic module performance, suggesting improvements for efficiency.
This article analyzes the temperature dependence of the efficiency of photovoltaic modules (PV) and design solutions for their cooling systems. It is shown based on physical laws that when the operating temperature of solar panels exceeds the optimal value (25°C), their useful coefficient of performance (PCF) sharply decreases. The article presents a comparative analysis of active and passive cooling systems and the advantages of hybrid PV/T (photovoltaic-thermal) systems.
