Within the unified PFUSRC theoretical framework, the entire cosmos maintains self-sustaining topological closure without a universal primordial origin governing all cosmic evolution. In contrast, the observable four-dimensional universe possesses an exclusive dynamical evolutionary origin, which is formally defined as primordial genesis. Based on the self-consistent axiom system of PFUSRC, this paper systematically elaborates the intrinsic nature of primordial fluctuations, derives the formation prerequisites of primordial genesis, and defines the physical essence of zero-coupling primitive interfaces. It distinguishes macroscopic observational appearances from intrinsic essences between conventional physical vacuum and intrinsic minimal spatial gaps, and verifies the inevitable existence of fundamental spacetime primitives. By adopting topological evolutionary principles, this work illustrates the complete expansion process of fundamental fields from elementary primitives to cosmic-scale spacetime manifolds, classifies field constrained states and field leakage states, and clarifies the physical manifestations of field leakage effects. This study also reconstructs the academic connotation of ontology and entity, and clarifies the hierarchical distribution and functional boundaries of field-state, energy-state and matter-state existences. All arguments strictly inherit previous series findings of PFUSRC. Intrinsic regulatory mechanisms including bright-dark heptalogic principles, pendulum ion systems and Beta-1 global field operators are only logically cited without repeated derivation. The research core focuses exclusively on the formation mechanism of the four-dimensional cosmic first cause and the ontological essence of fundamental fields. From microscopic perturbation and global field evolution perspectives, this paper establishes a universal constraint equation for dual-ionic primordial perturbations and puts forward systematic physical conjectures. A unified evolutionary equation for primordial minimal fundamental fields is further constructed, revealing the intrinsic mathematical laws that govern the differentiation of primitive base fields into diverse physical fields under varied boundary conditions. This research integrates qualitative theoretical reasoning and quantitative mathematical modeling, and proposes predictable cosmic observational phenomena to guide follow-up empirical verification.
