During August 2016 and October 2016, Archaeological Solutions (AS) carried out an archaeological evaluation (trial trenching) on land at Wheatcroft Farm, Bradwell, Norfolk (NGR TG 5050 02802). The evaluation was required by the local planning authority in respect of a planning application for residential development (Great Yarmouth Borough Council Planning Ref. 06/13/0652/O), based on the advice of Norfolk County Council Historic Environment Team (NCC HES).
