Case: A 39-year-old woman sustained simultaneous bilateral calcaneocuboid joint (CCJ) injuries. MRI showed injured calcaneocuboid and bifurcate ligaments with a small osteochondral lesion at the calcaneal aspect bilaterally. After failed conservative medical treatment and rest, the patient underwent a unique procedure for simultaneous bilateral CCJ reconstruction using fiber-tape. Visual analogue score, Foot and ankle Disability index score, short form-12 (MCS), and (PCS) improved from preoperative scores of 8, 22.8%, 30.1, and 27.4, respectively, to 2, 72.8%, 61.2, and 50.6, respectively, at 2 years of follow-up. Conclusion: This technique was a simple, easy, method of CCJ stabilization with a good outcome and minimal morbidity in this patient.
