Malaysian higher education system towards industry 4.0 – Current trends overview

Industry 4.0 has been a great deal in the past years as it is known to be the latest revolution in the industrial field. Moreover, this revolution gives an inevitable impact to the other fields such as education which caused a new term of Education 4.0. This paper aims to give a view of the current trend in the industrial revolution and education system, focused on the higher-level education, by the look on Malaysian perspective. By using structured literature to investigate the current issue regarding the topic, it shows that Malaysian government has been aware and currently prepare to welcome the Industry 4.0 and Education 4.0.
