Thrombolytic therapy followed by medical management (intravenous heparin, aspirin, nitrates, beta-blockers, digoxin, ACE inhibitor and anticoagulants)

Spontaneous coronary artery dissection should be considered in young women presenting with acute ischemic syndrome, particularly post partum, and early angiography is recommended over empiric thrombolysis.
