Practical implementation involves mindful eating practices and conscious food preparation, fostering gratitude and reverence for the interconnectedness of all life. ‘Rajsik’ & ‘Tamsik’ diet includes stimulating mind and body which contain food without killing living being. This research focuses on food and dietary habits and how it affects the mind, constitution and toxins levels in the body. It also gives insights for integration of diet with modern nutritional science.
