This article describes the future readiness of Jordanian educational sector skills (Programing and Data Analysis, Data Ethics and Privacy, Educational Domain Knowledge, Collaborative and Communication Skills, Continuous Learning) to employ AI in education. Quantitative methodology was adopted, and a self-administered questionnaire was answered by 300 managerial employees within private universities in Jordan. SPSS was employed to deal with the collected primary data. Analysis of primary data indicated that Jordanian educational sector skills are ready to embrace AI in education for the future. Results also indicated that the Jordanian educational sector enjoys a good level of skills in terms of educational ethics and data privacy, which would make the total transition for the Jordanian educational sector easier than expected. The current study is expected to draw attention toward the readiness of the Jordanian educational sector to adopt a total AI-empowered educational system. This study would help policy makers to identify weaknesses in order to enrich them with more experience and talents in the field.
