The neutral-current phenomenology of several SU(2) ×{} U(1) models of quarks and leptons is considered in the light of recent data. Elastic and deep-inelastic neutrino-nucleon scattering and elastic neutrino-electron scattering are examined. Four models are shown to be reasonably consistent with these data, while two models are in some conflict with the data.
