Abstract

新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の院内発生例は発見時に拡大している場合が多く，新規入院受け入れ停止による地域医療への影響も大きい．当院ではCOVID-19が感染症法上5類感染症へ再分類された2023年5月のタイミングで，完全な持ち込み阻止への過度なリソース投入を避け，発生時の迅速な感染拡大抑制を目的に，「index patientを見つけ出すこと」に主眼をおいたファーストペンギン法を策定し導入した．
