Version 1.3 of the Zorthex Public Attention Diffusion Lag framework. Dataset expanded to n=50 (Phase 1 complete). Introduces 4-Regime Diffusion Taxonomy (Policy-Trigger, Institutional Mass, Market-Narrative, Shock/Spoke), Non-Stationarity Flag (STABLE/SEMI-STABLE/NON-STATIONARY), and Layer A/B separation (hard infrastructure vs attention phenomena). Regime-Based Positioning formalized: Zorthex does not predict by sector — it positions by regime. Three verified Custom Reports published: ZCR-2026-001 Stablecoins (L=128mo), ZCR-2026-002 PQC (L=91mo), ZCR-2026-003 RWA Tokenization (L=103mo).
