ABSTRACT Two follow-up studies of scales that measure attitudes toward websites show that the scales remain reliable and robust across substantial changes in websites, respondents, and methods of administration. These studies suggest that adequate sampling of stimuli may be at least as important as, if not more than, adequate sampling of respondents.
