In 2018, WCIOM completed the translation of the last book of the famous sociologist Z. Bauman “Retrotopia”, focused on the analysis of the relationship of the current state of society with its past. This book will be presented during the IX Grushinsky Conference (March 20–21, 2019), devoted to the theme “Social engineering: how sociology changes the world”.
