Th e study presents the results of research based on the review and identifi cation of signifi cant talent management methods used in diff erent types of organizations.Th e study interprets the results of research conducted in 2016 on the set of 301 various companies operating in the Czech Republic.Th e authors of the study assume that the effi ciency of the whole talent management should be based on the effi ciency of its well-chosen methods.Th e research showed that there is a diff erent understanding and application of talent management methods by organization management according to the size and legal form of the organization (company).
