Based on the fundamental axioms of PFUSRC 00, this paper systematically integrates the 45° triple coaxial bicone topology, coupling gap mechanism, discrete residuals, β₁ field and dual-layer noetic primordium structure to reconstruct and upgrade the theory of time crystals at the fundamental level. This study verifies that time crystals are not merely quantum periodic states generated under laboratory conditions. Instead, they are naturally occurring steady-state field crystallizations governed by the hidden noetic primordium, maintained by microscopic noetic atoms, structurally supported by coupling gaps, and synchronized across all domains via the β₁ field. Spatial crystals and time crystals share the same origin and structural logic. Both are ordered residuals formed after topological locking of the noetic primordium field. The periodic temporal phenomena observed in laboratory experiments originate from the activation and standardization of inherent ordered traces within matter, rather than artificial creation. This paper unifies the terminology of the theoretical system. The noetic primordium refers to the fundamental ontology of cosmic order, divided into the manifest noetic primordium and the hidden noetic primordium. The manifest noetic primordium corresponds to the previously defined manifest seven primordia, which dominates explicit structural frameworks and geometric topology. The hidden noetic primordium corresponds to the hidden seven primordia, which governs implicit order control, temporal dynamics and operational hubs. Noetic atoms are the fundamental microscopic functional units derived from the noetic primordium, manifesting as β₁ ions within the β₁ field, operating as high-level commanding pendulum ions for global regulation, and acting as basic sustaining units inside coupling gaps. The core conclusion demonstrates that time crystals serve as inherent fingerprints of primordial cosmic order embedded in all forms of matter, functioning as natural keys to unlock the underlying rules of the noetic primordium. Their existence proves that the universe possesses a unified fundamental order governed by intrinsic rationality, marking the initial critical step for humanity to explore the ultimate essence of the cosmos. This research focuses purely on theoretical fundamentals without involving technical applications, completing the systematic positioning and cognitive breakthrough of time crystals within the PFUSRC framework.
