This article presents a critical–propositional analysis of Hugang Cui’s Spacetime Substantivalism 34: The Cosmic Hierarchy Confirmed by Gravitational Waves — The Current State of Hierarchical Confusion in the Academic Community, published on Zenodo with DOI https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.20405213. The study examines Cui’s proposal of a cosmic hierarchy, substantial spacetime, and gravitational-wave-based hierarchical audit in dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity. It evaluates possible compatibilities and tensions between CSSD 34 and the Seven Absolute Truths of the Theory of Objectivity, especially concerning modal necessity, the primitive and eternal mathematical essence of Nothing, the boundary between elements, the composition of every element by prior elements, and the existence of a substance transcendent to the quantum. The article also articulates Cui’s hierarchical protocol with the phenomenic elements, Inducer Effects, cosmogonic theorem, and cosmological Eras of the Theory of Objectivity. Special attention is given to the TO interpretation that the transcendent element is knowledge or information produced in atomic relations and equivalent to atomic radiations. The analysis concludes that CSSD 34 offers a strong field of dialogue with the Theory of Objectivity, particularly in its critique of hierarchical confusion in contemporary physics, its distinction between mathematical tools and ontology, and its attempt to interpret gravitational waves as signs of deeper cosmic structure. However, the study also argues that Cui’s Logical Matrix cannot replace Nothing as a primitive and eternal mathematical essence, and that the substantial spacetime hypothesis must be critically repositioned under the modal discipline of the Theory of Objectivity.
