The association between organic-inorganic hybrid materials and insecticidal/acaricidal molecules, such as fenpropathrin, has emerged as a promising alternative to conventional agricultural pesticide applications. Therefore, this study aimed to produce a hybrid cellulose acetate and Laponite RD film containing fenpropathrin and to investigate its toxicological effects on Brevicoryne brassicae (Linnaeus, 1758) (Hemiptera: Aphididae). The hybrid films were prepared using the casting method. The mortality of B. brassicae through exposure to the hybrid films and fenpropathrin solutions was verified utilizing bioassays, conducted in the laboratory, and a completely randomized design. The data were compared by Tukey’s test (p < 0.05). The characterization results are consistent with fenpropathrin incorporation into the films at low loading; however, FEN-specific crystalline features are not resolved in the film patterns, which is expected for amorphous polymer/clay matrices and low active-ingredient content. The dose-response curve showed mortality values greater than 80%, in addition to estimating the lethal concentrations to cause mortality of 50 and 80% of the individuals. The exposure of B. brassicae to the hybrid films resulted in a corrected mortality of 71.5%. This study contributes to more sustainable pest management by demonstrating substantial contact toxicity of fenpropathrin-loaded organic−inorganic films against B. brassicae under laboratory conditions, while highlighting that quantitative release profiling will be addressed in future work.
