The Organizational, Group and Individual Levels of Analysis in Organizational Behavior

Analyzes organizational behavior at the levels of the individual, the group, and the organization. Utilizes general systems theory to integrate these three levels within an organization. Highlights the relevance of transactional analysis to the understanding of dynamics and processes. Concludes that a more coherent understanding of human behavior can result using this approach.
