America's workforce is becoming increasingly diverse as is witnessed by the fact that 75% of all new entrants to the labor force during the 1990s will be ethnic minorities and women. The successful integration of diverse employees into the workforce can be enhanced by using groups to facilitate the dual socialization process involved in developing a bicultural identity. Examples of four foci for workplace groups which can enhance biculturalism are shared. Developing workplace groups which enhance diversity increases bicultural employees' sense of belonging to the organization, which generates a more loyal and productive workforce.
