Students with secondary health condition were excluded. The sample was selected using total sampling technique. Information was collected by using a Pediatric Quality of Life Inventory (PedQL) questionnaire, antropometry and blood pressure measurement. Collected data was then analyzed by using Chi Square test. Result: Among 103 students, 79 students fulfilled the inclusion criteria. Among 79 students, 42 students (53.20%) were males and 37 students (46.8%) were female. The results show that 27 students (34.2%) have hypertension and 52 students (65.8%) haven’t hypertension. According to PedsQL questionnaire, 64 students (81.0%) have good quality of life and 15 students (19.0%) have bad quality of life with the mean score 80.04 (SB 12.11). Chi-square test showed that p = 0.257 (RP = 1.685 dan IK 95% = 0.684–4.151) Conclusion: The study conclude that there is no association between hypertension and health-related quality of life in adolescent.
