Rapid spread of the Internet Fake news travels from multiple sources to consumers via a complex ecology of websites, social media, and bots, and social media also spreads leading to changes in people’s news consumption. from multiple sources Most individuals spread bogus news to achieve popularity on social networks. This article describes an innovative hybrid fake news detection system that combines convolutional neural networks (CNN), language networks, and knowledge-based networks. We measured model performance using F1 score, precision, accuracy, and recall. Most machine learning algorithms can recognize bogus news on social media One of the most well-liked machine-learning methods for identifying false news is the use of Naive Bayes, Support Vector Machines (SVM), and neural networks. Some of the most prevalent characteristics that may be used to detect false news include the source of the news, the language utilized, and the words used. The best technique to recognize false news depends on the unique dataset and application. A summary is a brief overview of the system, which then utilizes machine learning to identify news pieces as false or legitimate. This study is expected to be more accurate than standard ways of identifying false news. It is used to extract information from news items and the apply machine learning to categorize them as false or authentic.
