The paper treats pseudo-Riemannian spaces, permitting the vector fields of a special type. These spaces are called Ricci solitons. We studied their properties in respect to their quantity. We found tensor characteristics for Ricci soliton, which indicate the state, when Ricci soliton permits maximal quantity of linearly independent defining vector fields.
