In the conditions of modern business, interpersonal relations in the dyad become the most important aspect contributing to the formation of effective partnerships and increasing the competitiveness of organizations in the long term. This study is devoted to the analysis of existing concepts of partnership and psychological compatibility in dyadic interaction based on domestic and foreign research. Special attention is paid to the dynamics of partnership relations, their stages, and the factors that contribute to their formation, strengthening, and development. This article used such methods as theoretical research of scientific literature on the designated problem, method of structuring, and systematization of material. The study of partner interaction focuses on socio-psychological aspects, such as psychological compatibility, which is a fundamental principle that provides efficiency and harmony in interpersonal relationships. The results of the analysis emphasize the importance of trust, mutual understanding, and emotional involvement in the process of interaction between employees (colleagues, partners). The analysis of differences in the perception of partnership among men and women reveals the significance of taking into account gender differences in team management, which can significantly influence organizational culture, internal communications, and the dynamics of teamwork. Understanding the characteristics of partnership in a dyad, including psychological compatibility, allows managers to develop strategies aimed at improving the organizational culture, internal communications, and teamwork dynamics.
