This paper presents Version 5.0 of Quantum Informational Geometrodynamics of the Bulk (QIG-Bulk). Spacetime and matter are formulated as emergent phenomena from a discrete Graviton Substrate at the Planck scale. We present a comprehensivefirst-principles derivation of classical mechanics, linear momentum, and the finestructure constant α from informational resource constraints and topological gauge phases. Large Language Model (Google Gemini) was utilized strictly as an assistant for metadata formatting, LaTeX translation, and syntactic structure optimization during the preparation of Version 5.0.
