Abstract

This paper presents a mathematically formalized Version 7.0 of Quantum Informational Geometrodynamics of the Bulk (QIG-Bulk). Spacetime and matter are formulated as emergent phenomena from a discrete Graviton Substrate at the Planckscale. Building upon previous iterations, Version 7.0 establishes the operational framework of Barytoniochronic Reference Frames and derives the covariant Lorentz-Barytoniochronic transformations. Furthermore, we introduce the concept of Baryton Tunnels as conduits for information recovery, phase-locking trans-dimensional leakage to Hawking radiation via a Law of Tripartite Informational Equipartition bound by the Golden Ratio. Finally, by expanding the background lattice constraints to include second-order matrix polarization loops, we achieve absolute analytical convergence of the inverse fine-structure constant α−1 to the empirical CODATA baseline value of 137.035999. Acknowledgments: Large Language Model (Google Gemini) was utilized strictly as an assistant for metadata formatting, LaTeX translation, and syntactic structure optimization during the preparation of Version 7.0.
