Anti-Arthritic and Osteoarthritis Activity of Drypetes Roxburghii Leaves on Some Different Solvent Extract

• D. roxburghii extract showed moderate antioxidant potential with an IC50 value of 87.80 µg/mL.
• At 100 mg/kg and 200 mg/kg, treatments significantly reduced paw volume to 0.60±0.031 mL and 0.51±0.045 mL, respectively (p < 0.05).
• The inflammation reduction was comparable to diclofenac sodium at 5 mg/kg, which had a paw volume of 0.49±0.050 mL.
