In this second volume of a four volumes series depicting the upper air climatology of the Southern Hemisphere, harmonic analyses of the wind components in time portray some of the characteristics of the annual wind regimes. The zonal geostrophic winds presented in this volume were computed from the isobaric heights given in Volume I.
