Two models of Jψ and ψ^' production in hadronic collisions are considered: (I) Drell-Yan quark annihilation and (II) cascade production AB→χcX, χc→γψ. The present experimental data are shown to rule out (I) as the dominant mechanism. The angular distribution of photons from χc decay and lepton pairs from Jψ decays in the cascade Jψ production in quantum chromodynamics are predicted and may be used as a test for the models.
