ABSTRACT In practical engineering control, system stability is often influenced by constraints on state, input, and output. If these constraints are not properly addressed, they may lead to system performance degradation or even compromise system stability. Addressing the input saturation issue, this paper introduces a one‐to‐one nonlinear mapping technique to incorporate it directly into the controller design. For systems with unmeasurable states, a state observer is designed to achieve accurate state estimation. To alleviate the communication burden, an event‐triggered strategy is proposed to improve both control performance and implementation efficiency, combined with an enhanced command filtering method. Compared to integer‐order control systems, fractional order counterparts demonstrate superior capability in handling complex, dynamic, nonlinear, and uncertain problems, thereby enhancing control accuracy and robustness. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed control scheme is validated through simulation examples.
