Whitepaper outlines transition to liquid offices, examining productivity, generational gaps, and regulatory guidelines.
I argue that the "remote yes, remote no" debate is already obsolete. By 2030, the physical office becomes liquid office: variable distribution of presence, asynchrony as dominant mode and human-agent co-work as new operational normality. This whitepaper articulates my diagnosis of the 2026 state, proposes the Labour Symbiosis 2.0 framework within the Agentic Era, redefines post-presence productivity, analyses the generational gap, evaluates the LATAM real estate impact and delivers regulatory guidelines for the AI Peoples. My thesis: the transition is done; what remains is articulating it with justice.
