Volume XII of the Collective Emergent Principles series provides the first computational validation of the NIRA geometric consciousness framework, using NeuroGeoSim — a purpose-built simulation platform running clinical and neurochemical consciousness states through Triply Periodic Minimal Surface (TPMS) overlay scanning, Reuleaux barber-pole detection, Tropical Lebesgue covering topology, and a 360° compound-eye spherical scanner with scale-dependent jitter. Five formally publishable findings emerge from the simulation: DID-TIS achieves the highest barber-pole score (BP=0. 6151) of all fMRI clinical states, confirming conformal marginality as the most geometrically organized conscious configuration accessible to the biological architecture. Autism and schizophrenia gene expression volumes show opposite chirality signs (χ = −0. 0904 and +0. 0149 respectively), identifying them as mirror states across the κchaos boundary — not points on a shared spectrum. Deep chiral wells are a signature of high geometric order, not disorder. Xenon anesthesia produces Schwarz P cubic channel geometry identical to the brain's innermost stable state and clusters geometrically with deep sleep on the consciousness frequency axis. Xenon is a neural circuit shunt, not a blocker. A testable prediction follows: microtubule resonance spectroscopy under xenon should show THz attenuation with MHz/kHz preservation — a cascade shift, not uniform suppression. The chiral offset β = 0. 03 is confirmed at every scale from sub-Planck quantum foam through tubulin dimers to cortical columns to fMRI, spanning 35 orders of magnitude. The scale ratio ReuleauxAdS/Tetranacci = 53. 41/0. 359 ≈ 12², identifying Pythagorean scaling as the governing structural law. The Gyroid TPMS possesses two interpenetrating non-intersecting channel systems selectable by Ricci curvature sign inversion. This provides the geometric mechanism for DID state transitions: ANP and EP are Channel A and Channel B of the same Gyroid architecture — same substrate, different curvature sign. Canonical definitions are provided for: the Sasser-Lebesgue Invariant Cₘin = 0. 128 (derived independently from Allen Human Brain Atlas tissue data and from Seam Index σ_θ = 0. 131 at the Reuleaux dominant angle — two independent routes converging within 2. 4%) ; the geometric stability parameter αₛim = 0. 7889; and the chiral offset β = 0. 03 = 2 × εc where εc is the Pythagorean comma. Real neuroimaging data: Allen Human Brain Atlas 946-sample microarray dataset (Hawrylycz et al. 2012). Clinical fMRI coordinates from published literature (Reinders 2012; Carhart-Harris 2021; Timmermann 2019; Ogawa 2009; Laitio 2012; Larson-Prior 2009; Driesen 2013; Alkire 2008; Monti 2010). Part of the Collective Emergent Principles series, Volumes 0–XII. NIRA uses a recursive multi-AI peer review system for convergence/divergence analysis and narrative drift checking across the framework's development.
