Abstract

随着全球对可持续能源存储需求的不断增长,水系锌基电池因其高安全性、低成本和环境友好性成为储能领域的研究热点。然而,高性能正极材料的开发仍是提升其整体性能的关键。金属有机框架材料(metal-organic frameworks, MOFs)虽在可充电电池中展现出良好应用潜力,但其容量输出通常受限于单一类型活性位点。为此,本研究通过水热法在柔性碳布(carbon cloth, CC)基底上原位构筑了以六羟基三亚苯(HHTP)为有机配体、钴(Co)或镍(Ni)为金属节点的三维(3D)自支撑导电MOFs纳米阵列(Co-MOFs@CC和Ni-MOFs@CC),并将其作为水系碱性锌离子电池正极。实验与理论计算表明,所得MOFs阵列具有丰富的孔道结构与良好导电性,且与基底间形成稳定的界面结合。电化学测试进一步表明,该类MOFs@CC电极展现出独特的有机-无机双活性位点协同氧化还原储能机制:有机配体HHTP通过醌/酚结构可逆转化参与电荷存储,无机活性位点M(II)金属中心通过M(II)/M(III)和/或M(IV)价态转变贡献容量,二者协同作用显著提升了材料储能能力与反应可逆性。基于该有机-无机双活性位点储能机制,Co-MOFs@CC在0.5 mA/cm2下实现了0.45 mAh/cm2面积容量,并在3000次循环后容量仍保持93%,库伦效率近100%。受益于电子结构与配位环境,Co-MOFs@CC性能明显优于Ni-MOFs@CC(0.39 mAh/cm2,容量保持率为81%)。进一步以其为正极、Zn@CC为负极组装柔性准固态锌基电池,所得Co-MOFs@CC//Zn@CC器件在0.5 mA/cm2下面积容量为0.41 mAh/cm2,经2000次充放电循环后仍保持约92%的初始容量,同时展现出优异的机械柔韧性。本研究通过有机-无机双活性位点与自支撑阵列结构的协同调控,有效克服了传统MOFs基正极材料容量输出能力不足与柔韧性差等问题,为高性能多氧化还原活性位点MOFs基电极与柔性储能器件的设计提供新思路。
