Susceptibility of a biocontrol fungal strain of Verticillium lecanii to chemical pesticides on agar medium

Abstract

微生物殺虫殺菌剤バーティシリウムレカニ水和剤の成分菌の培養菌体について,低栄養のypa培地上で,化学殺虫剤の56薬剤,殺菌剤41薬剤に対する感受性を調査した。分生子からの菌叢形成または菌叢ディスクからの菌叢拡大を強く阻害したのは,ベノミル,fracコード3のトリフルミゾール,ミクロブタニルとシメコナゾールの3薬剤,アゾキシストロビン,トルクロホスメチル,フルアジナム,ピリオフェノン,フルチアニルと,多作用点接触活性阻害剤のマンゼブ,チウラム,プロピネブ,キャプタンとtpnの5薬剤,殺虫剤のピリミジフェンであった。これらの薬剤は混用および併用した場合に,当成分菌による活性に悪影響を及ぼす可能性があるが,植物上で水和剤の製剤を用いた場合には,同成分菌の生育や生存が異なる傾向となる可能性があり,その殺虫殺菌効果を正確に評価するためには,今後の検討が必要である。
