This manifesto proclaims the evolutionary right of humans — the ability inherent in every individual to identify one's own automatisms and to make a conscious choice between automatic and conscious response. The manifesto is based on the Practical Theory of the Evolution of Consciousness Ekvilibro, according to which, after biological and cultural evolution, the stage of the evolution of consciousness arrives. At this stage, a human being gains the ability to consciously influence their own perceptual apparatus. Every modern human possesses the evolutionary right; the only difference between people lies in the choice to exercise it or not.
