This two‑part companion manuscript develops a unified physical framework linking coherence, identity, and constraint geometry to the foundations of Assembly Theory. Part A establishes the Coherence–Identity architecture and introduces the Geometric Allowance as a primitive constraint on physically realizable histories. Part B constructs the Assembly Theory Bridge, defining the living state and individual identity as relational stability selections within the constraints of the physical universe. Together, the manuscripts propose a postulate‑level structure intended to clarify the physical conditions under which historical depth, selection, and persistent individuality can arise.
