Abstract

This paper lays the foundation of the new prime-number theory for the PFUSRC system. Based on unified symbols and the ternary generation axiom, it establishes the dual structure of Dynamic Primes and Projected Primes. The topological dynamical necessity of 1234 is rigorously proven. Using the exact formula 11² + 4² = 137, the ontological origin of the fine-structure constant is derived without approximation. This theory upgrades classical number theory and achieves full logical closure.
