This paper presents physics within the first system of Kasei-Theory as a non-modal readability maintainability architecture. The paper does not propose a physical theory, a metaphysics of matter, a theory of natural law, a model of causal explanation, or a structure of measurable reality. Instead, it fixes physics, configurational placement, constrained readability, measurement limitation, unreadability, drift, and non-operational maintainability as distributed structural positions within constrained local readability maintainability. Physics is not treated as a physical explanatory theory, but as a constrained configurational placement under which physical description remains locally maintainable without operational closure, natural grounding, or total calculable completion. Physics does not establish natural grounding. Physics does not establish causality. Physics does not establish measurement as total grounding. Physics does not establish operational predictability. Physics remains fixed only as constrained configurational placement within readability maintainability. This paper fixes only the local configurational conditions under which physics remains constrained without transition into explanatory universality, operational execution, natural grounding, or total formal completion.
